Terms of Service

Effective and last updated: 5 November 2026

In plain words

  • Bloomlet is a dating app: you browse real profiles one at a time and choose who to say hi to. There is no random or anonymous chat.
  • You must be 18 or older, and your profile must really be you.
  • Talking is free. Plans (billed by Apple or Google, renewing monthly until you cancel) add unlimited new people, calls, stickers and the verified badge.
  • Stickers and gifts are virtual pictures with no cash value. Nobody can sell their time or company on Bloomlet, and nobody earns from gifts.
  • Treat people well. Breaking our Community Guidelines can get you removed.
  • We don’t run background checks. Take care when you meet someone, and report anything wrong.

1. About these terms

Bloomlet (the “app” or “service”), which still appears as SuperSpace on iPhone, on the App Store and in older versions, is operated by SuperBits Labs, India (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms of Service are a binding agreement between you and SuperBits Labs, and cover the app, this website and anything else we offer under the Bloomlet name.

By creating an account or using Bloomlet, you agree to these terms, our Community Guidelines, our Privacy Policy, our Refunds & Cancellations policy and our Child Safety Standards, which all form part of these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Bloomlet.

2. What Bloomlet is

Bloomlet is a dating app for adults who want to get to know each other through real conversations.

  • You choose who you talk to. You see one profile at a time, with the person’s name, age, photos and what they’ve written, and decide whether to say hi. We never connect you to someone at random.
  • Saying hi. A conversation starts when you send someone a hello, usually a free virtual flower on one of their photos or prompts.
  • Chats grow. As both of you keep writing, a chat moves up levels that open new stickers, and grows a “bloom” for each day you both write. These are features for fun and have no value outside the app.
  • Calls. Members with a plan can make voice and video calls to people they are chatting with.

Bloomlet is a place to meet people. It is not an escort, companionship-for-hire, marriage-broking or professional-advice service, and must never be used as one (see section 8).

3. Who can use Bloomlet

To create an account, you must:

  • be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872;
  • not be prohibited from using Bloomlet under the laws that apply to you;
  • not have been convicted of, or be required to register for, a sexual offence or any crime involving violence;
  • not have had a Bloomlet account removed by us, unless we have told you in writing that you may return.

We ask for your date of birth at sign-up and do not allow anyone younger than 18. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 18, we remove it.

4. Your account and profile

You sign in with your Apple ID or Google account (some older versions of the app also allowed a phone number). Keep your sign-in secure; you are responsible for what happens on your account.

Your profile must be honest and must be you: your real first name, your real age, and recent photos that show you clearly. One account per person. Don’t impersonate anyone, and don’t create a new account to get around a block or removal.

The verified badge. Members with a plan can verify their phone number with a one-time code. A verified profile shows a ✓. It confirms only that the person controls that phone number. It is not an identity, age or background check.

5. Plans, sticker packs and payments

Bloomlet is free to use. You can also buy:

  • Plans (such as Spark, Café and Bloom): monthly subscriptions that add unlimited new conversations each day, voice and video calls, a monthly allowance of stickers and the ability to get the verified badge. What each plan includes and its price are shown in the app before you buy.
  • Sticker packs: one-time purchases of extra stickers.

How you pay

Purchases in the app are made through the Apple App Store or Google Play and charged to your store account. Their payment terms apply as well as ours. We never see or store your card or bank details.

Automatic renewal

Plans renew automatically each month at the price shown, until you cancel. You can cancel any time in your Apple ID or Google Play subscription settings, at least 24 hours before the renewal date, and keep the plan until the end of the period you paid for. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel a store subscription.

Price changes

If we change the price of a plan, the app store will tell you before the new price applies, and you can cancel before it does.

Refunds

Payments are generally non-refundable, except where the law or the store’s policy requires a refund or something went wrong on our side. Refunds for store purchases are handled by Apple or Google. See Refunds & Cancellations.

Coins from older versions

Current versions of Bloomlet don’t sell coins: plans and sticker packs are bought only through the App Store or Google Play. Older versions of the app sold coins, and coins you already hold remain a prepaid credit for Bloomlet in those versions. They have no cash value, can’t be withdrawn or transferred, and are not refunded when you delete your account, except where the law requires.

6. Stickers, gifts and the bloom

Stickers (including flowers, coffees, bouquets, chocolates and teddies) and gifts are virtual items. When you get or buy them, you receive a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use them in the app. They:

  • have no monetary value, and are not money, currency or property;
  • cannot be sold, exchanged, cashed out, redeemed or transferred, inside or outside the app;
  • give the person who receives them only the picture, never money, vouchers or rewards of any kind.

Sending a gift is always optional and is never needed to keep talking to anyone. The app may suggest a gift at most once per chat, after a real conversation. Chat levels and the bloom reflect how much both people have written; they can’t be bought.

We may change or retire stickers and features. Stickers you bought and haven’t used stay available while we keep the feature, and if we remove it we will give notice in the app.

7. No earnings, no paid companionship

Nobody can earn money, vouchers, rewards or payouts from other members on Bloomlet, and no member may charge, ask or accept payment, gifts or anything of value for their time, attention, company, conversation, photos or meetings.

If someone asks you for money, gifts, financial details or payment outside the app, don’t send it, and report them. It breaks these terms and is often a scam.

8. How you must behave

Zero tolerance. Bloomlet has no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You agree to these terms and our Community Guidelines when you sign up, and content that breaks them is not allowed anywhere on Bloomlet. We filter names, prompts, captions and messages for abusive and sexual language, and anyone who posts objectionable content or abuses other members is removed.

You must follow our Community Guidelines everywhere on Bloomlet: profiles, photos, prompts, chats, stickers, calls and reports. In short, you must not:

  • share sexually explicit content or nudity, or send sexual content to anyone who hasn’t clearly agreed to receive it;
  • offer, request or arrange sex work, escort services, or any companionship, attention or intimacy in exchange for money or gifts;
  • involve, depict, or target anyone under 18 in any way;
  • harass, bully, threaten, stalk, or intimidate anyone, or keep contacting someone who has said no;
  • post hate speech, or attack anyone for their religion, caste, race, ethnicity, nationality, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability or similar characteristics;
  • lie about who you are, use someone else’s photos, or misrepresent your age or relationship status;
  • scam people, ask for money, or try to get passwords, financial details or personal information;
  • share someone else’s private information, photos or recordings without their consent;
  • advertise, sell, recruit or spam, or use bots, scripts or scraping;
  • break the law, or interfere with, probe, reverse-engineer or overload the app or our servers.

We may also act on serious behaviour that happens off Bloomlet, such as violence or sexual assault against someone you met here.

9. Reporting, blocking and enforcement

You can block or report anyone from their profile, your chat with them, or a call. Blocked people can’t message or call you, and you won’t see each other in the app. Reporting someone also hides them from you straight away. Our team reviews every report within 24 hours: we remove content that breaks these terms and remove the account of the person who posted it, and we handle anything involving a child first. You can also reach us at info.super.bits@gmail.com or through Settings → Contact us in the app.

If you break these terms, we may remove content, limit features, suspend or permanently remove your account, and keep you from making a new one. Where someone may be in danger, or the law requires it, we work with the police and other authorities. If your account is removed for breaking these terms, you are not entitled to a refund of any purchase, except where the law requires.

Appeals. If you think we got a decision wrong, email info.super.bits@gmail.com within 6 months and a person will review it.

10. Your safety: no background checks

We do not run criminal background checks or verify the identity of our members, and we can’t guarantee that what people say about themselves is true. You are responsible for your interactions with other members, online and in person. Read our dating safety tips, never send money to someone you met here, and when you meet, meet in a public place and tell a friend.

Bloomlet is not an emergency service. If you or someone else is in danger, call 112.

11. Your content and ours

You own what you post: your photos, prompts, messages and other content. You give SuperBits Labs a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, display, reproduce, resize and transmit that content, only to run, improve and promote Bloomlet (for example, showing your profile to other members). The licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies we must keep by law or for safety.

You confirm you have the right to share everything you post and that it doesn’t break these terms or anyone’s rights. We may remove anything that does.

The app, our name, the bud logo, our designs and stickers belong to us. You may use them only as the app allows.

Copyright. If you believe content on Bloomlet infringes your copyright, email info.super.bits@gmail.com with the content, proof of your rights and your contact details, and we will act on it.

12. Messages and calls

Messages are stored on our servers so you can see your conversation history. Voice and video calls are encrypted in transit and are never recorded by us. Don’t record a call or share the contents of a chat without the other person’s consent.

13. Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time in the app (Profile → Settings → Delete my account) or by following the steps at app.superspace.superbits.in/account-deletion. This removes your profile, photos, chats, blocks and sign-in. Some records are kept as described in our Privacy Policy.

Deleting your account doesn’t cancel a plan billed by Apple or Google; cancel it in your store settings first. Unused stickers, coins and the rest of a plan period are not refunded when you delete your account, except where the law requires.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms (section 9), or that has been inactive for a long time, after giving notice where we can.

14. Changes to Bloomlet and to these terms

We may add, change or remove features. We may also update these terms. If a change matters for you, we will tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect and update the date at the top. If you keep using Bloomlet after that, you accept the new terms; if you don’t, you can delete your account.

15. Disclaimers and limits on liability

We work hard to keep Bloomlet safe, available and working, but we provide it “as is” and “as available”. We don’t promise that you will meet anyone, that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that what members say is true.

To the fullest extent the law allows, SuperBits Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for the conduct of any member, online or offline. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose (or ₹1,000 if you paid nothing). Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

16. Indemnity

If someone brings a claim against SuperBits Labs because of content you posted, how you used Bloomlet, or your breach of these terms or the law, you agree to cover our reasonable costs of that claim, to the extent the law allows.

17. App stores

If you downloaded Bloomlet from the Apple App Store or Google Play, these terms are between you and SuperBits Labs, not Apple or Google. We, not they, are responsible for the app, its content, maintenance, support and any claims about it. The store’s own terms also apply. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.

18. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first (section 19); most problems are settled quickly that way. If we can’t resolve a dispute within 30 days, it will be decided by the competent courts in India. This doesn’t affect your right to approach a consumer commission.

If any part of these terms can’t be enforced, the rest still applies. If we don’t enforce a term straight away, we haven’t given up the right to do so later. These terms and the policies they link to are the whole agreement between you and us about Bloomlet.

19. Grievances and contact

For questions, complaints, appeals or reports, including complaints under the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, contact our Grievance Officer at info.super.bits@gmail.com (see Contact). We acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and aim to resolve them within 15 days. You can also report a person or message directly in the app.
