Report someone or a safety concern
In the app, open their profile or your chat and tap Report or Block. Anyone, with or without an account, can also email info.super.bits@gmail.com. Concerns about a child are handled first. See our Child Safety Standards.
If someone is in immediate danger, call 112. For a child, call Childline on 1098. For mental-health support, call Tele-MANAS on 14416.
Grievance Officer
For complaints under the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, write to the Grievance Officer, SuperBits Labs, India at info.super.bits@gmail.com. We acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and aim to resolve them within 15 days.
Plans, refunds and your account
Cancel a plan in your App Store or Google Play subscriptions. For refunds, see Refunds & Cancellations.
Delete your account in the app (Profile → Settings → Delete my account), or follow the steps at app.superspace.superbits.in/account-deletion.
