Refunds & Cancellations

Effective and last updated: 14 October 2026

In plain words

  • Plans and sticker packs are bought through the App Store or Google Play, and those stores handle refunds.
  • Plans renew monthly until you cancel. Cancel any time in your store settings, and you keep the plan until the month ends.
  • If something went wrong on our side, email us and we’ll put it right.

1. What you can buy

  • Plans: monthly subscriptions (such as Spark, Café and Bloom) that renew automatically until you cancel.
  • Sticker packs: one-time purchases of extra stickers.

The price and what you get are shown in the app before you pay. Purchases are made and charged through the Apple App Store or Google Play.

2. How to cancel a plan

  • iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Bloomlet → Cancel Subscription.
  • Android: Google Play → profile picture → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Bloomlet → Cancel.

Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid the next charge. You keep the plan’s features until the end of the period you paid for, then your account returns to free. Deleting the app or your Bloomlet account does not cancel a store subscription.

3. Refunds

Because purchases are made through the app stores, refunds are decided by the store under its own policy:

  • Apple: request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
  • Google Play: request one from your Google Play order history, or see Google Play’s refund policy.

Otherwise, payments are non-refundable, including for partly used plan periods, used stickers, and purchases on accounts removed for breaking our terms, except where the law requires a refund.

4. When something goes wrong on our side

If you paid but didn’t get your plan or stickers, were charged twice, or lost something you bought because of a fault in our service, email info.super.bits@gmail.com within 30 days with:

  • the email or phone number of your Bloomlet account;
  • the store order ID (from your Apple or Google receipt), or the date and amount;
  • a short description of what went wrong.

We will restore what you bought, or help you get a refund from the store. We reply within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within 15 days.

5. Coins from older versions

Older versions of the app sold coins through Razorpay. Current versions don’t sell coins or take payments outside the App Store and Google Play. Coins are a prepaid credit with no cash value. If a coin payment went wrong (paid but not credited, charged twice), email us within 30 days with the payment reference and we will credit the coins or refund the payment to its original method; banks usually show refunds within 5 to 7 working days.

6. Stickers have no cash value

Stickers and gifts are virtual items for use in Bloomlet only. They can’t be exchanged, cashed out or transferred, and they aren’t refunded when used or when you delete your account.

7. Your rights

Nothing in this policy affects your rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. This policy is part of our Terms of Service.
