Child Safety Standards

Effective and last updated: 13 October 2026

Zero tolerance

Bloomlet has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in any form, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sexual solicitation of minors, sextortion, trafficking, and any sexualisation of children, in profiles, photos, prompts, messages, stickers or calls. Any account involved is permanently banned and reported to the authorities.

1. Adults only

Bloomlet is for people aged 18 and over. We ask for a date of birth at sign-up and refuse anyone younger. Accounts found to belong to a minor are removed as soon as we learn of them, and people can report a suspected minor from any profile.

2. What is prohibited

  • Uploading, sharing, requesting or linking to CSAM in any format, including drawn, AI-generated or “fictional” material.
  • Sexual conversation with, or about, a minor, or anyone claiming to be a minor.
  • Grooming: building trust with a child, or with an adult to reach a child, for sexual purposes.
  • Using Bloomlet to direct anyone to CSAE content or services elsewhere.
  • Profiles, photos or prompts that sexualise children, or photos of children on their own.

3. Prevention

  • Age checks at sign-up, and removal of accounts that appear to belong to minors.
  • A visible Report and Block option on every profile, chat and call.
  • Review of reported profiles, messages and photos by our team, with suspected CSAE handled first.
  • Immediate suspension of any account under investigation for CSAE.

4. Reporting a concern

  • In the app, use Report on the profile, message or call.
  • Anyone, including people without an account, can email our safety team at info.super.bits@gmail.com.
  • If a child is in immediate danger, contact emergency services first: in India call 112, or Childline on 1098.

5. Working with the authorities

We report confirmed CSAE to the relevant authorities as the law requires, including under India’s Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, 2012 and the Information Technology Act, 2000, and to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) where applicable. We preserve relevant records to support lawful investigations.

6. Contact

Our designated child safety contact can be reached at info.super.bits@gmail.com. We review this policy regularly and update it as our tools and processes improve.
